Damon VS Rachel Roy

Damon Dash has been served with divorce papers. His wife, Rachel Roy filed for divorce in New York’s Manhattan Supreme Court earlier this month, signaling the end of her marriage to the man she married in Mexico in January 2005. His wife Rachel, seems to be aware of his financial problems as the divorce is for “nonmonetary relief”, according to an electronic record of the case. It is also being reported that Damon Dash is facing foreclosure on his two Tribeca, New York properties and owes $2 million in state taxes. A judge also ordered Manhattan officials to seize his car last year after he failed to make his monthly payments.
